[comp.emacs] Emacs version 18.45

Version 18.45 is now available on prep.ai.mit.edu in
/u2/emacs/dist-18.45 and /u2/emacs/edist.tar-18.45.

There are no diffs yet.  Our copy of the 18.44 distribution was
clobbered.  Probably there will be diffs on Thursday.
