[comp.emacs] support for bibliographic databases

kautz@allegra.UUCP (06/20/87)

Is there code available to support the maintenance of bibliographic
databases, of the form used by refer and lookbib? Perhaps something
that would prompt for an item type (tr, book, etc) and then
automagically insert the % letter prompts after each carriage return,
and erase them if a blank line is entered.

The program addbib can be used to build a refer bibliography file.
