[comp.emacs] GNUemacs and VMS security patch

  Earlyer this week Rutgers brought down it's vax cluster (2 8650's)
to do a good bit of work, including installing the much flamed about
security patch.  When it came back up, GNUemacs did not work.  On
startup emacs would die with a fatal error 10.  This under VAX/VMS
V4.4.   The fix to this is just relinking the code.
