[comp.emacs] less/view mode for Gnu Emacs v17 and v18

I posted a view mode a couple weeks ago.  Today I received an improved
version from Bill Martensson that closely resembles less.  I've also
added code to make it work on v17 and v18 both.  If you are
interested, mail me a message and I'll send you a copy.  If I get
enough requests, I'll just post it instead.
