[comp.emacs] Changing prefixes

Is there any way to change the prefix characters for GNU Emacs?  I'd be happy
to change C-x and C-c to something else (C-c looks easy, not C-x).  (This isn't
for me, really.  It's for a friend who wants to (no, i don't know why) emulate
WordStar (I didn't say he was smart)).
