[comp.emacs] ELisp to MLisp?

Hi.

GNU Emacs has a command, convert-mocklisp-buffer, which (paraphrasing
the documentation) "converts a buffer of Mocklisp code to real Lisp
that GNU Emacs can run."  

Does anybody have a command that does the *opposite*, i.e., converts a
buffer of real Lisp (i.e., ELisp) code into Mocklisp that Gosling
Emacs can run.
