[comp.emacs] Anyway to get a MANUAL???

Anyway to get a manual in troffable form or in dvi form???  Can
somebody send me this or can I get it via mag-tape????

Also, has anyone found a CONVENIENT way to use emacs reading
news without invoking a new copy of emacs when RN asks you what
editor???  ie, can I use one emacs process instead of making
a new one each time???
