[comp.emacs] Want shell-script-mode.el, awk-mode.el, etc

Does anyone have any GNU elisp files to facilitate shell programming.
I especially want ksh-script-mode, awk-mode, and sed-mode.

Alternatively, is there a fairly straightforward way of creating such
things from, say, c-mode?
