1. I am looking for the sources to MicroEMACS 3.9e. I do not have access to ftp and need someone to mail them to me. I did get the user's manual, so that can be eliminated. I would prefer mail to my DDN host, but my UUCP host can be used. Rather than just mail such a large item, pls advise me that you are willing to mail. I will pick one such response as the one to actually mail the sources. 2. I just got some Wyse 85s, a VT220 clone. I see no easy route to using all of their function keys in MicroEMACS, as the escape code sequence does not fit the FNx format. Anybody out there have MicroEMACS running on this type of terminal? I want to avoid re-writing the input stream parser, but that is the only way I can think of to do what I want to do. I am also having difficulty getting the slave printer port to work. The vendor said that a straight thru cable would work, but a 9 pin to 25 pin modem type cable (HP 24542M) doesn't. The WY-85 User's Guide shows a picture with the printer and terminal labeled DTE, which sounds right except that then one needs a cross-over cable. The pin connections seem like a cross over, but don't match another diagram I have. I tried inserting a 25/25 Male/Female cross over cable between the 24542M and the printer, known to work when connecting two computers back-to-back (DTE to DTE) but still no luck. Any help here would be appreciated. Gary Dunn, Honolulu garyd@Islenet.UUCP aprm@Hawaii-EMH.ARPA (reachable from UUCP as nosc!aprm@Hawaii-EMH.ARPA) (808) 438-2716
