This is for my wife who says her Unipress Emacs for Xenix is too slow. Is there another Emacs product out there that is faster? Gnu for Xenix maybe? Or does anyone know a way of speeding up the Unipress version considerably? Thanx for any info... Ken Spagnolo ken@umbc3.umd.edu Disclaimer: VALIS made me do it.

Gnu for Xenix I strongly recommend EPSILON, from Lugaru Software, Pittsburg Pa, (412) 421-5911 I think that it is great, although it is a little slower over serial lines than I would like, especially compared to the excellent response on the console. (However, microemacs is even faster, but I like all of the commands provided by EPSILON, and the C-like programming language included). Bill Pearson
