I don't know the 630 but assume its a successor of the 5620. We have a terminal emulator and corresponding emacs lisp to support mouse editing on the 5620. The software allows you to position point and mark, copy, move or delete text (even selections across window boundaries) using only mouse buttons; the destination of text copied or moved may lie in a different window. Further operations performed with just clicking mouse buttons are scrolling, creating, deleting or resizing windows and searching selected text. Its much more powerful than the hack that is distributed for supporting the mouse on suns. -- Gernot Heiser Phone: +41 1/256 23 48 Integrated Systems Laboratory CSNET/ARPA: heiser%ifi.ethz.ch@relay.cs.net ETH Zuerich EARN/BITNET: GRIDFILE@CZHETH5A CH-8092 Zuerich, Switzerland EUNET/UUCP: {uunet,...}!mcvax!ethz!iis!heiser
