[comp.emacs] Using VT-100 arrow keys with JOVE

I'm sure this question has come up many times before, but I have just
recently acquired jove for our VAX running BSD 4.2.

Is there any way to bind the ansi/vt100 arrow key escape sequences to the
next-line, previous-line, next-char... etc?  I'd rather use the arrow keys
I've got than CTRL keys.  Besides, that would free up four CTRL keys to
replace other CTRL keys that our Sytek LAN is opaque to.
