I found it almost impossible to locate documentation concerning the .ttyswrc file in the Sun documentation. I don't remember where I found it now, but here is MY .ttyswrc file. Maybe it will help: mapi R1 ^@ mapi R7 \E< mapi R8 ^P mapi R9 \Ev mapi R10 ^B mapi R12 ^F mapi R13 \E> mapi R14 ^N mapi R15 ^V The \E's are ESC characters, and the ^'s precede control characters. For instance, when R9 is pressed, the sequence "ESC v" is sent to Emacs. When R14 is pressed, Ctrl-N is sent to Emacs.
