Where can I find a copy (hard or electronic) of the GNU Emacs Lisp Manual?

Thanks,
Rob Snyder

Rob (and everyone),
The status of the above is still ``in process''. It's a big job &
RMS is not the kind of person to let something go out that isn't up to
his specs. We are still working on a first draft & it won't be ready
for at least another few months.

What can I say but ``hang in there''?

Anyone know of a good source for info on how to write lisp code for GNU emacs?
The GNU Emacs Manual (all I have) skirts the issue entirely with a mere mention
of a GNU Emacs Lisp Manual (which is not written yet).

Thanks in advance...
