This is probably quite clear for some people but we would like to find out how to establish ftp connections tp prep.ai.mit.edu. As far as I understand we are an Internet host and run TCP/IP software so we should be able to connect. If someone will take the time to explain the details of the connections (including possibly system administrator details) I am sure that it will be useful to a lot of people.
