The etc/MACHINES file distributed with GnuEmacs 18.41 states that GnuEmacs has worked on Plexus machines since version 18.36 or so. It does not run on the system I have.... temacs core dumps every time I recompile and test it. I may be missing something fairly important, but I have tried to make it work. It dumps core in a strcmp. I believe alloca doesn't work, but I have tried the C version, the version in libPW.a and a hacked up version in which I changed the libPW.a version a little. Any help?
