I am having a problem using GNU emacs on terminals whose baud rate has been set down to 1200 baud. This problem shows up under both GNU EMACS 18.49 and 18.51 under VMS. The same problem does *not* show up on the Suns. Specifically, if your baud rate is 1200 and you enter emacs, it will hang. Typing several ^G's does not help, and the only way to break loose is to kill the process. Has anyone else run into this problem, and if so, have you found any fix for it? Thanks in advance.
