[comp.emacs] Foriegn Language versions of MicroEMACS

	Hello,

		I am testing and finishing version 3.10 of MicroEMACS.
As part of this new version I have relegated all the text messages to a
header file.  I am looking for volenteers to translate this into French,
German, and other languages (I have someone translating it to Spanish
already). Any volenteers?
