Someone inquired recently about a C++ mode.  Here is a somewhat
revised version of the C++ mode that's been posted here before.

The modifications include:
  Fred Calm of Sclumberger made C++-mode obey the (new?) C-mode use of
c-tab-always-indent -- if nil, tabs only indent at left margin, and
are tabs elsewhere.  Also, at his request, if you set
"c++-electric-colon" to nil before invoking c++-mode, colon's are not
electric.

  I added a couple of things:

By default M-^A, M-^E, and M-^Q find the beginning, find the end, and
indent the current function definition, or class or struct
declaration.

If c++-empty-arglist-indent is set to an integer, then function
declarations/invocations that end a line with a left paren are
indented by that value, instead of lining up a space after the paren
on the new line.

I would be happy to entertain suggestions for further improvements.  I
would also be happy to have this included in the official gnu release,
if the powers that be are interested.  I don't know how to initiate
such a process.
