Has anyone been able to mount GNUemacs on an HP9000 model 850 computer running HP-UX 6.2? The supplied configuration works on the 300 series but not on the 850. I have written an UNEXEC() routine that works with other programs but not GNUemacs. Am I doing something wrong ?!! I had no problems bringing it up. What version of HP-UX are you running on your 850, and what problems are you having? The unexec that I have works ok, but since I got the distribution from an internal source, it may not be the version that comes from FSF. a. It takes at least version 18.51 from FSF to unexec on an 800 series
machine. In that version there is an unexhp9k800.c which will work
(and can be retrofitted to previous emacs versions.
b. Or, I have a more robust version running with 18.49 that I can mail you
if you want.
