Many of internals of GNUS 3.10 are changed from that of version 3.8. If you define your own hooks, you may have to rewrite them because of these changes. The following is a list of deleted and renamed variables. If they are referred in the hooks, you have to delete or change programs for deleted variables and replace all occurrences of renamed variables. Some functions are also deleted or renamed. If you think these functions are referred in the hooks, you may have to read GNUS source carefully (you can find most of them in the first page of gnus.el). Sorry about these incompatible changes. But it is worth upgrading.
