[comp.emacs] emacs mode least related to editing

jcgs@harlqn.UUCP (John Sturdy) (11/28/88)

My contributions are:
  train timetable
locating people from company calendar system and from "rwho" information

Neither of these are modes, they are just programs written in Emacs-Lisp
(much more easily than I could have written them in anything else available!)
(I could post them if anyone wants them).

I wrote a front end for an impromptu database in GNU emacs. I had intended
to run the whole thing in GNU, but it took my computer much too long to even
read the thing.
