[comp.emacs] Mathematica-mode for GNU Emacs?

Hello,
    Does anyone have a 'Mathematica-mode' for editing Mathematica packages
in GNU Emacs?  It should be very similar to C-mode --- I have thought about
writing one by modifying the C-mode code, but I thought I'd see if anyone
else has done it first.
    Please respond directly to one of the email addresses below; in
