I did ask just before Christmas, but one of our relays crashed, so if
anyone replied, I never received the reply...
Emacs gives a terminal emulation mode, but not anything I can use.
As I need to use other machines on the network, which expect vt100,
what I really need is a vt100 emulation. Has anyone written the
lisp for this?? I am suffering from a total lack of lisp manual, and
so stand no chance of writing such a thing myself.
Can anyone let me have the updates to make my emacs 18.45 even more
hoopy and up to date??
My emacs info system is the same as it was for version 17. Should it
be updated, or has the manual never changed?? If there are updates,
where can I get them??
Please bear in mind that I am in the UK and as far as I know have
no way to do anonymous FTP to another country.
