[comp.emacs] BugFix reading netnews in GNU... an enhanced version of rnews

  I've just uncovered a bug in my "enhanced" (?) rnews code. The code in
news-select-messages() doesn't work correctly when it encounters a missing
article.  Replace the first line in the following diff with the second and
news-select-messages will function correctly.
