   Return a newly allocated uninterned symbol whose name is NAME.

The September 1988 version (I presume it is the latest version; it is the
one I have) is available from uunet via anonymous ftp.  It should also be
available via uucp, but I am not aware of the mechanics of such a
transaction.  You might want to inquire of postmaster@uunet.UUCP, or of
your friendly neighborhood postmaster@novavax.
