Has anyone ever written an emacs utility that uses the lint files found in
/usr/lib/lint (specifically llib-lc) to create function templates. I'm thinking
of something like LSE on VMS. Where you would type the first couple of characters
of a function name, and the editor would supply you with a template of the
function and possibly indicate what the function returns on the status line.
