[comp.emacs] Binding to strange key sequences in MicroEMACS

I use MicroEMACS v 3.8i (yes, I know it's old) on an AT, and *really*
want to use ^PG-UP and other "strange" keys.  Apparently ^PG-UP returns
FN-{alt 132}.  Now alt-132 is 84-hex, or the a with the two little dots
above it.  If I stick this character explicitly in emacs.rc it bombs
out.  Is there another way?
