Below is a copy of the file vmsproc.el.  To get VMS dired to work you
will need my corrections to dired.el (already sent out), vmsproc.el
(this file), and vms-patch.el (should arrive about the same time as
this).  Put them in the [lisp] directory and byte-compile them.
