[comp.emacs] uemacs 3.10 !force doesn't work with negative argument

The !force directive in the MicroEMACS 3.10 macro language doesn't seem
to work if you try to give the command you're forcing a negative
argument.  It prints "[No such function]".  For example,

!force -1 search-forward

(admittedly a silly example, since it just runs search-reverse).
