[comp.emacs] 1) Elisp manual? 2) Is there something like ``emacs-exit-hooks''?

fst@gtenmc.UUCP (Fariborz "Skip" Tavakkolian) (12/13/89)

I have two questions:

1) I have seen some postings about (GNU) Elisp manual. We just received
the uunet tapes (like a week ago), and it is not on there. Is it
small enough to email to me or is it at UUNET now?

2) I've setup my terminal config. file to initialize the screen labels for
the function keys to have something descriptive. I would like to reset
these labels to what they were before, or cleaned up when I exit emacs.
How dow I do that? (I know how to do it to the terminal, question is
how to set up my .emacs to do it to the terminal at the right time )

Many thanks
Skip

You can get a copy of the Elisp manual from Free Software Foundation
or via anonymous UUCP from osu-cis. (It is also available via
anonymous FTP from a.cs.uiuc.edu, I believe.)
