I would like to hear from people who would be willing to provide a reasonably current version of GNU Emacs built for VMS systems (preferably with X window support enabled). I do not want the standard GNU distribution but a copy in which some one has many of the problems mentioned in this newsgroup of operating under VMS, i.e. has applied the patches that have appeared over the last year. In exchange, I will provide some of my nice GNU Emacs Lisp libraries that are not presently publicly available. Thanks for any help. -- Bob Weiner, Motorola, Inc., USENET: ...!gatech!uflorida!novavax!weiner (407) 364-2087

I'm not one of the world's great emacs lisp writers, but if I wrote anything interesting, I'd be giving it away to any other Gnu Emacsers in the world, whether they gave me anything in return or not. -- Sebastian Rahtz S.Rahtz@uk.ac.soton.ecs (JANET) Computer Science S.Rahtz@ecs.soton.ac.uk (Bitnet) Southampton S09 5NH, UK S.Rahtz@sot-ecs.uucp (uucp)
