Another feature -- you can run a shell in a window, and work in
other buffers concurrently with things executing in the shell -- no mean
feat under msdos.

Epsilon is by Lugaru, who are probably still in Pittsburgh.  I've seen
Epsilon advertised in magazines (or you could get it at the CMU computer
store).
