I got the sources of JOVE but I've not been able to install it. When I run the makefile I get some error messages telling me that there are some commands that are not found. Is there anything extra that I must do besides the instructions given in the makefile. By the way, is there any other editor powerful as emacs but that does not need a lot of resources?
