Howdy all, I have emacs sort of running on an IBM RiSC system/6000. it crashes occasionally, but most major functions seem to be functioning properly. so far it's been in an "aixterm", the hft and a vt102 (aixterm emulation) and it seems to handle everything but the vt102 emulated arrow keys. it's not clean yet, e.g. the build/make is a hack, and the config.h's are before the <signal.h>'s in the ./src/*.c's so it's no longer "just a few switches" in config.h to port it, so I don't want to just distribute config.h and m-ibmr2-aix.h like they're all you need. Also, I managed to delete my config.h and I'm not sure I've reconstructed it properly:-(, but I would like to distribute to those that are either desparate for any emacs or that would like to help find bugs. my gut feel with the ibmr2's aix is that it's still a bit buggy, so debugging its emacs may not be worth it. phone or e-mail me with your opinions and keep an eye out for bimbo.tn.cornell.edu anon ftp of /pub/ibmr2-emacs.tar BRIAN CARCICH - INTERNET: CARCICH@CUSPIF.TN.CORNELL.EDU SPAN//ESNET/DECNET: CUSPIF::CARCICH (6287::CARCICH) - BITNET: BTCX@CRNLVAX5 (607)255-5908 *The only thing I don't like about C and Eunuchs(tm) are their proponents*
