Does somebody know how to make an X11R2 font (fg-18, fg-22...) an X11R4 one? I want to use in X11R4 X11R2's fonts... thanks in advance.......... dembele@renault.uucp

If memory serves me right, I managed to bring R2 fonts to R3 by just recom- piling them (you need bdftosnf and the bdf source of the font as well as mkfontdir). R3 fonts work fine with R4. If you don't have the bdf sources and only need a couple (I have 272 R2 fonts lying around) I could mail them to you.
