Does anybody have some pc-write-like functions for gnu emacs? (pc-write is an IBM PC shareware editor.) For example, functions to mark text the way that pc-write does might be nice. (mark then move then mark with highlighting, then your choice of copy, move, or delete, I think.) Would anybody be interested in collecting them if I wrote and posted some? I have a fill-paragraph-nicely that is a bit like pc-write, and a search command that is a bit like pc-write, if anybody is interested. -- Neither representing any company nor, necessarily, myself.
