[comp.emacs] HELP: Apollo Emacs Function keys with X

I have recently put 18.55 up on our system.  We have applied the
APOLLO patches from lnz@lucid.com ( thank you very much ). and have
a  question:

1) We are currently running DOMAIN/OS 10.2 with X11 R3.  We would like
to use all the function keys defined on the keyboard.  Using the
bind-apollo-function-key command produces nothing. No error message.
When doing a describe key, it doesn't register.  The key is active
because it does xev registers the event.  An example of a function key
is to have UP_ARROW_BOX perform a scroll-up.
