[comp.emacs] ftp site needed for Uemacs 3.10e for Unix

Would anyone knowing an ftp site number with the (tarred and compressed
but not in MSDOS .arc format) code for Microemacs 3.10e for Unix (esp
Sun OS) please send it to me at creider@csd.uwo.ca

Alternatively, is there a  program which will unarchive MSDOS .arc files
which will run on Unix? I would like to avoid downloading the huge
archive file to my PC, unarchiving it, and then uploading the code back
to the Sun.
