Is there a rnews version with a summary function like for rmail? If you read news using UNIX rn you can type e.g. "=" to get a summary and "c" to purge all unread news. It would be nice to do so from emacs. I don't know about rnews, but both GNUS and gnews have such
capabilities. They're the more modern, generally preferred news
interfaces for GNU Emacs.
