[comp.emacs] Jove for the PC

Does anyone know where I can obtain a COMPILED executable of
jove for the IBM PC? Internet, Fido, mail? I use jove on my
Unix system daily and would like to have same functionality 
on my PC but am having too many problems trying to compile
the jove source code on the PC.
