I, too am having problems with this. Emacs 18.55 builds without errors on an SS/330, but dumps core when I try to run it. An identical machine running OS4.0.3 causes no problems. Has anybody succeeded in running 18.55 under 4.1? -- Karl A. I'm getting the same thing on a 3/60 running 4.1 with Emacs 18.54. I'm getting a SIGSEG when I run xemacs (not when doing the load with temacs). I haven't had time to run it into the debugger to see what is going on (or if I'm able to run it through the debugger).
