Sure, just get texi2roff from prep, install it and type:

    texi2roff -ms filename.textinfo | nroff -ms - | less

However, this process is very slow, and you may wish to convert the
files to text once and read the text directly.

I suspect there is a way to do this directly with the TeX package, but
it is much larger than text2roff, and I did not have the time to
install it to find out.  -David-
