[comp.emacs] folding C sources in respect to #ifdef's

There is a hide-ifdef minor mode in "hideif.el{,c}" in the standard
emacs distribution (since 18.54 at least).  I've only played with it a
little bit, but it seemed to work if you were persuasive enough..
