Dear all, I run Emacs 18.55.4 on a VAX/Ultrix 3.1 machine, and have it do its display on a VAX/VMS 5.3-1 machine (using X11 over DECnet). This works fine, except that there seems to be no way to force the keypad into application mode (i.e. it's always in numeric mode). Thus, as far as I can tell, there is no way to use Emacs in its EDT emulation mode in an X11 window. How can I force the keypad into application mode in an Emacs X11 window ? How can I use Emacs in its EDT emulation mode in an X11 window ? Any help will be highly appreciated.
