C-c q
[sc-fill-paragraph-manually: Fill current cited paragraph. Really
just runs the hook sc-fill-paragraph-hook, however it does set the
global variable sc-fill-arg to the value of ARG. This is currently
the only way to pass an argument to a hookified function.]
