[comp.emacs] M-p and multiline csh command in cmushell

To do this, separate the lines of the command with C-j (which inserts
a newline in the buffer, but does not send), and at the end of the
entire command, send it with RET.  That way, cmushell sends the whole
command as a unit, and M-p recalls it as a unit.
