[comp.emacs] trying to port gnu emacs to the ibm rs6000 running AIX

   I am trying to port the copy of gnu emacs which just happend to be
   here on our sun sparc station 1+ over onto our ibm rs6000 running
   AIX.

   I am having some difficulty.

   I assume that I must be missing a header file or something.

   I assume this has been done before.  Would someone who has got
   their emacs up and running, with shells and everything preferably,
   on an ibm rs6000 please email me with some advice and/or copies of
   the/their machine and OS dependent files?
