If I do a (global-set-key "\M-Ox" 'recenter) it doesn't seem to work in the .emacs the first time I try to run it (during automatic loading). If I try a load-file afterward, the global-set-key seems to work fine. I'm doing this to enable me to use pgup and pgdn in NCSA Telnet 2.3b9. Does anyone have any suggestions?
