It was recently asked where one can purchase psychedelic compilations
such as Pebbles and Boulders.
Let me reiterate that the Boulders LP's are of extremely low recording
quality -- so be forwarned!
There are many compilations other than the ones mentioned above,
however I've yet to spring for them and cannot attest to their quality.
As to dealers... look in the latest issue of Goldmine. There is a review
of some of the latest compilation releases, and hundreds of microscopic
ads offering them for various prices. Bring your magnifying glass.
If anyone wants addresses but can't find Goldmine, drop me a note in
the mail.

Ps. I recently picked up a copy of "Freakout U.S.A" on Sidewalk Records.
An excellent 60's issue compilation of virtually unknown bands. Rare,
but worth the look.
